Simon Borrington is a philosophy ‘junkie’ with a syncretic approach, happily vacillating between the ridiculously labelled ‘analytic-continental’ divide. His disposition is essentially that of a Deweyan pragmatist which comfortably supports a good deal of fence-sitting (or should that be ‘epistemic flexibility’…). Having recently retired from spending far too much time with adolescents exhibiting challenging behaviour (the adolescents that is with the behaviour, although it probably wasn’t always one-way), Simon is also in the final stages of holding an Honorary Research Associate position with Oxford Brookes Business School.
