Alexandra’s first degree was in English and Theatre Studies. She subsequently developed an interest in Philosophy, in which she has a Master’s from UCL. Alexandra taught Philosophy, Religious Studies and English in the tutorial college sector. Her experience of teaching Buddhism as part of A-level Religious Studies led her to explore further the philosophical and religious systems of South and East Asia, and to develop a particular interest in ancient Chinese philosophy.
