Maeve McKeogh

BA Philosophy and Theology, PGCert in Psychodynamic Studies

I was born and brought up in Kilkenny, Ireland and qualified in medicine from University College Dublin in 1985.  After training in internal medicine I  worked for nearly 30 years as a consultant in the UK in palliative care. In 2023, I graduated from the University of Oxford with a BA in Philosophy and Theology. Since then I have been exploring the interface between philosophy and psychology and I have just completed a PGCert in Psychodynamic Studies at Rewley House, Oxford.

I am married to Peter, who is an immunologist in London and is a key support to me.
