In this seminar we shall explore a question anyone can answer, but few people are asked: Where do you feel most spiritual?
We shall discuss how the answer to this question leads away from buildings into the wildness of nature. Our journey together will look at the idea of panentheism, how that differs from pantheism, and what the shape of our evolving universe might have to say about the nature of divinity, and what ideas in organised religion we might therefore find need to be challenged.
We will also consider how the Christian belief in God as a trinity of three persons in one deity can provide an unexpected interpretive framework for spiritual experiences in the natural world.
