Dr. Claudia Richter studied English Literature and Comparative Religious Studies at Freie Universität Berlin, and at the University of Edinburgh. Her MA thesis on Christopher Marlowe won the Martin Lehnert prize awarded by the German Shakespeare Association. Her PhD dissertation explored the impact of John Calvin’s theology on English post-Reformation narrative and aesthetic practices.
Current research interests include Carl Gustav Jung as well as nature-mystical and eco-philosophical traditions of thought. She has been a lecturer at Freie Universität Berlin and is currently teaching in China.
